High performance, stainless steel ball valves are available in sizes 1/4" up to 3 inches in size with NPT (threaded end) connections. Made from high quality 316 stainless steel and an ISO standard mounting pad - this valve is the ideal pick for any high pressure environment.
The high pressure ball valves direct mounts to the actuator with the international standard, mount eliminating valve mounting brackets which reduces the physical size and cost. One major advantage of an electric ball valve over a solenoid valve is the slower operating speed, which reduces or eliminates water hammer.

stainless steel ball valves use rack and pinion pneumatic actuators to open and close the ball valve. These automated valves are available with double acting (air to open, air to close) or spring return (air to open, spring to close) actuators. Typically a Namur direct mount solenoid valve is used to control the air actuator.

The FD-LOK Series is used for shut-off applications

The FD-LOK Series is used for shut-off applications. These valves represent the high pressure ball valve in the industry. The FD-LOK comes in ports 1/2" to 2" and SAE, NPT and BSPP ports. FD-LOK's 2-way ball valves operate to either off or full flow by rotating the handle 90 degrees. Ball valves are not designed to be a metering or flow control device.

Trunnion ball valve have a mechanical means of anchoring

Trunnion ball valve have a mechanical means of anchoring, the ball at the top and the bottom, this design is the standard design applied on larger and higher pressure valves.
The ball is operated by a sealed spindle to which the operator is attached. Ball valves are intended to be used as on/off flow control devices and are not to be used to throttle fluid flow. The valves should always be either fully open or closed. BFE Trunnion Ball valves design is developed using the latest software based analysis tools.
